ERDA produces electricity, pellets and wood briquettes from forestry and sawmill residues, thus reducing the environmental impact as much as possible. ERDA’s entire process is self-supporting because it uses its own green energy. ERDA is part of the Fruytier Group.
On Friday afternoon, Liqson was contacted to provide an additional buffer for water production at ERDA’s new plant at Bertrix as soon as possible. On Monday morning, we delivered an aluminium tank with epoxy coating.
The tank was used to store demineralised water. Demineralised water, also known as demin or demi water, is filtered water from which all salts (minerals) have been filtered out.
This tank has a large volume (50,000L) on a limited surface area. The epoxy coating makes the tank ideal for storing demineralised water. As the tank is equipped with a quick coupling on the filler neck and bottom discharge, the customer can connect the tank and start using it right away.
The digital level measurement with large display and 4-20mA readout ensures that the customer knows immediately how full the tank is.
Thanks to Liqson’s fast and efficient working method, the customer was quickly provided with an extra buffer.
